CROSSFIT GAMES OPEN WOD 14.3

As aulas de sexta-feira serão somente para fazer o WOD do Open desta semana. Para aqueles que estiverem inscritos no Open, estaremos realizando baterias de 20 em 20 minutos SOMENTE A PARTIR DAS 19h, com nossos judges. Os alunos que não estão inscritos no Open poderão entrar nessas baterias também.

No sábado, estaremos na KOR das 9h ao meio-dia para os atletas inscritos no Open que quiserem realizar o WOD.
